The credit price of unlocking a request follows a few rules. You always see the amount before you confirm.
Base price
- Buyer company verified: 97 credits
- Buyer company not verified: 57 credits
Badge adjustments
These percentages are applied to the base price:
- Verified buyer: 20% discount
- Loyal buyer (after more than 5 unlocks): 10% discount
- Institution member: 10% discount
- Loyal seller: 10% surcharge
- Verified seller: 5% surcharge
Kaynac can also set extra rules for some categories and countries.
Price safety
- The price is shown before you confirm.
- If the price changes before you confirm, the app shows the new price and asks again.
- You are charged only once; a double tap does not cause a second charge.
