When a request suits you, you can unlock the buyer's contact details and talk to them directly.
Step by step
- Open the request from your feed.
- Tap "Unlock contact".
- Check the credit amount shown.
- Confirm.
The credits are taken from your company wallet. If you do not have permission to spend, ask the wallet owner.
What do you see?
After unlocking, you see the buyer's name, company, e-mail, phone, and city and country. Until then the buyer's company name stays hidden.
How is it charged?
- The price is shown before you confirm.
- If the price changed in the meantime, the app asks you to confirm again.
- You are charged only once, even if you tap the button twice.
- You cannot unlock a request from your own company.

Recording the outcome
After talking to the buyer, you can record the result: deal or no deal. It helps you keep track of your work.
Common questions
I unlocked the contact but the buyer is not answering. You can also send an offer. If the request allows both, your message reaches the buyer's offer inbox.
I do not have enough credits. You can add credits to the wallet; see "Buying credits by card".
