If a request accepts offers, you can present an offer to the buyer without unlocking their contact.
Step by step
- Open the request from your feed.
- Tap "Send offer".
- Fill in the offer form.
- Send.
The offer form
- Message: tell the buyer what you offer.
- Price: optional.
- Delivery days: how many days delivery takes.
- Validity date: how long the offer stays valid.
- Attachments: PDF, JPG or PNG files.
Rules
- Each supplier company can have only one pending offer per request.
- You can withdraw a pending offer.
- If the buyer closes the request, pending offers end.
- If the request only allows contact unlocking, you cannot send an offer.
For a good offer
- State what the price covers.
- Give a realistic delivery time.
- Attach documents such as a catalog or price list.
- Focus the message on the product and terms rather than phone numbers or e-mail.
Common questions
Does sending an offer cost credits? There is no credit charge in these steps; credits are used when unlocking contact details and when a buyer accepts an offer.
What happens if my offer is accepted? Both sides see each other's contact details. See "Accepting an offer".
