Every request goes through these stages: draft > in review > live > paused > closed. A moderator may reject a request, in which case you receive a note explaining why.
Review
New and edited requests go to review. An AI pre-check first flags spam, missing information, a wrong category and contact details written in the text. Then a moderator, or your company's representative, approves the request.
Live
An approved request appears in the feed of matching suppliers. If you edit the content of a live request, it goes back to review.
Pausing
A request pauses automatically after its 20th unlock. When you resume it, the next round starts. See "Rounds and limits" for details.
Closing
- Drafts can be deleted.
- Other requests are not deleted, they are closed. When closing you choose a reason: fulfilled or cancelled.
- When a request closes, pending offers end.
Rejected requests
Read the moderator's note, fix the issue, or use "Repeat request" to create a new draft.
Common questions
Why is my request still in review? A moderator or representative may not have looked at it yet. Complete information and no contact details in the text speed up approval.
Can I reopen a closed request? Use "Repeat request" to create a new draft with every field copied.
