What representatives do

- Keep notes, visits and reminders for each company
- Approve requests of the companies assigned to them

Requests are approved by moderators or by your company's representative. The AI pre-check first flags spam, missing information, a wrong category and contact details written into the text.

Common questions
No representative was assigned to me. Not every company has one. For help, open a support ticket or write to destek@kaynac.com.
Can a representative spend credits? A representative's permissions follow the tasks assigned to them; company owners decide wallet spending.
Does a representative create requests for me? Representatives help with onboarding and verification; the request content should reflect your own need.
