The matching feed is the main screen where suppliers find requests that suit them.
What appears in the feed?
Live requests appear if they match one of the following and are in your country:
- Categories your company supplies
- Categories you follow
- Your saved searches
Every card tells you why it is shown, for example one of your company categories or a saved search.
Tuning your feed
- Select the categories you supply in your company profile.
- Follow the categories you are interested in.
- Save the searches you run often.
The more accurate your categories, the better your feed.
Instant alerts
When a new matching request goes live, you hear about it right away by push or e-mail, depending on your notification settings. You can change which alerts you get in Settings.
After you see a request
Open a request to read the details. The buyer's company name stays hidden until you unlock the contact. Then you can:
- Pay credits to unlock the contact details
- Send an offer, if the request allows it
Common questions
Why do I see no requests? Check your company categories and country; there may be no matching live requests.
Can I unlock my own company's request? No, you cannot unlock a request from your own company.
