Institutions are bodies such as chambers, associations and NGOs that want to support their members on Kaynac.
Bringing member companies in
- Referral link: your members sign up through the link.
- Adding manually: the institution can add companies itself.
The credit pool
An institution holds a credit pool and distributes credits from it to member companies. The company sees the credits in its wallet as an institution grant. These count as free credits and can expire. Being an institution member also gives a 10% discount on the unlock price.
E-mail campaigns
An institution can send e-mail campaigns to its members. Every e-mail has an unsubscribe link.
Reports
The institution follows member activity and credit use in reports.
For a member company
- Your company becomes a member after the institution adds it or invites it through a link.
- Credits from the institution appear in the company wallet.
- If you do not want campaign e-mails, you can unsubscribe.

How long is an institution grant valid? Like free credits it can be time-limited; the expiry reminder arrives 7 days before.
