This Electronic Communication Consent ("Consent") is entered into between the KAYNAC platform ("Platform") and the users ("User") regarding the acceptance of all notifications, announcements, and information to be communicated electronically. By providing this consent, the User grants explicit permission for KAYNAC to process their personal data and communicate electronically as outlined in this Consent.
Please read this Consent carefully. By accepting electronic communication from KAYNAC, you agree to the terms outlined in this Consent.
1. Electronic Communication Methods
KAYNAC uses electronic means to inform users about their accounts, transactions, commercial requests, and other services related to the Platform. The User agrees to receive notifications through the following electronic methods:
- Email: Information can be sent to the User's email address registered on the KAYNAC platform. Sign-in links and codes are also sent to this address.
- SMS: Notifications may be sent via SMS to the User's registered mobile number. Users who sign in with a phone number receive their sign-in code by SMS.
- Notifications: In-app notifications may be sent through the KAYNAC platform and, if the User allows it on their device, push notifications to their phone or browser through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
2. Scope of Electronic Communication
By giving consent, the User agrees to receive electronic communication for the following:
- Account Information: Updates on account activities, security alerts, and other information regarding the KAYNAC account.
- Commercial Transactions: Updates on requests, commercial offers, and transaction approvals.
- Campaigns and Promotions: The User consents to receive marketing and promotional emails and messages. Users who do not wish to receive promotional materials may opt-out from such communication.
- Customer Support: Responses to support inquiries, feedback, and technical assistance.
3. Explicit Consent Statement
By providing this consent, the User grants KAYNAC explicit permission to process their personal data, send marketing and promotional communications, and communicate with the User using the electronic communication methods mentioned above.
4. Mandatory Notifications
The User agrees to receive mandatory notifications regarding security alerts, account updates, and important transaction notices from KAYNAC. These critical communications are essential for protecting the User's account and cannot be opted out of. In-app notifications are always on.
5. Withdrawal of Communication Consent
The User may withdraw their consent to receive marketing and promotional electronic communication at any time. Consent can be withdrawn as follows:
- Email: The User can click the "Unsubscribe" link in any KAYNAC email to stop receiving marketing communications.
- SMS: The User can send the "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" command in response to an SMS to stop receiving messages.
- App Settings: The User can turn off email and push notifications per notification type under Settings > Notifications, and can withdraw the push notification permission in the device settings.
- Support Requests: The User may email support@kaynac.com to request the termination of promotional communications.
Note: The withdrawal of consent applies only to marketing and promotional messages. Important notifications, security alerts, and account-related information will still be sent.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
KAYNAC may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to send electronic notifications to the User. By providing this consent, the User agrees to the use of cookies and tracking technologies. For more information, please refer to the KAYNAC Cookie Policy.
7. International Data Transfers
KAYNAC may process and store User data on international servers. The User's data will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and international data protection standards. By accepting this consent, the User agrees to the international transfer of their data. Push notifications are delivered through the Google Firebase Cloud Messaging service, which runs on servers outside Türkiye.
8. Data Retention Period
KAYNAC retains the User's personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Consent. Data is stored for the duration of the User's active account and in compliance with legal requirements. Once an account is closed, the User's data will be deleted after the mandatory retention period.
9. Privacy and Data Security
KAYNAC uses the personal information provided by Users in accordance with the Privacy Policy and does not share this information with third parties. Personal data collected through electronic communication is securely processed and protected.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Consent is governed by the laws of Turkey and any disputes arising from it will be resolved by the Izmir Courts and Enforcement Offices (İzmir Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri).
11. Effective Date
This Consent becomes effective once the User has provided their electronic approval on the KAYNAC platform.
