Use these options to change your request, end it, or open a similar one again.
Editing
- Open the request from My requests.
- Tap "Edit".
- Make your changes and save.
If you edit the content of a live request (title, description, category, details), it goes back to review. Suppliers do not see the new version until it is approved.
Deleting and closing
- Drafts can be deleted.
- Other requests are not deleted, they are closed. When closing, you say whether the request was fulfilled or cancelled.
- When a request closes, pending offers end.
Requests that went live stay on record, because suppliers may already have unlocked them.
Repeat request
If you have a similar need, copy an old or closed request with "Repeat request". Kaynac creates a new draft with every field copied. Update what you need and send it to review.
This is useful when you want to:
- Fix a rejected request and submit it again
- Open a closed request for a new round
- Renew the same request for regular purchases
Common questions
What happens to offers while I edit? While the request is open, pending offers stay as they are; closing ends them.
Does a small change also go to review? Content changes do. Give complete information to keep review short.
