What a credit is worth
Credits are whole numbers. 1 credit = 1 USD; TL payments are converted at the Central Bank of Türkiye (TCMB) USD selling rate.
Types of credits
- Paid credits: credits you bought. They never expire.
- Free credits: welcome, campaign, institution or Kaynac grants. They expire; the default is one year.
When you spend, the credits that expire first are used first.

- Accepting an offer as a buyer (4 credits)
The ledger
The ledger lists every credit movement: its type, reason, who made it, and the balance after it. Admin adjustments always carry a written reason.
Who owns the credits?
Credits belong to the company and live in the company wallet. See the "Company wallet" article.
Getting credits
- Buy credits by card, or through store packs in the iOS and Android apps.
- If you are an institution member, your institution can send you credits.
Common questions
Why did my balance go down? The ledger shows the reason for every deduction.
Does Kaynac AI spend my credits? No. The assistant can explain your credits and read your ledger, but it never spends credits by itself.
