This Credit Usage Terms Agreement ("Agreement") applies to all users ("Users") of the KAYNAC platform ("Platform") who use the wallet account ("Wallet") to purchase and utilize credits. By using the KAYNAC Wallet and purchasing credits, Users agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
Please read this Agreement carefully. By using credits in your Wallet, you accept the terms and conditions described below.
1. Definitions
- Platform: Refers to the KAYNAC digital service platform where users manage their commercial requests, bids, and credits.
- Wallet: The digital account of the company associated with the User's KAYNAC profile, where credits are stored and used for services offered on the Platform.
- Credit: Virtual currency purchased by the User and added to their Wallet, which can be used for various services on the Platform.
- Service: Services offered by the Platform, including submitting commercial bids, purchasing offers, and other related activities.
2. Creating and Using the Wallet
- Wallet Creation: Users must create a valid account on the KAYNAC Platform to open a Wallet. Wallet creation is free, but credits must be purchased separately.
- User Responsibility: The User is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in their KAYNAC account.
- Usage: Credits in the Wallet can only be used to pay for services provided on the KAYNAC Platform.
3. Credit Purchases and Usage
Credit Purchase: Users can add credits to their Wallet on the website by debit or credit card through the iyzico payment service, and in the iOS and Android apps through the App Store or Google Play in-app purchase system. Once the payment is confirmed, the purchased credits will automatically be added to the User's Wallet.
Credit Refund Policy:
- If no part of the credit has been spent, and if no promotional or discounted offers were applied at the time of purchase, Users may request a refund for the purchased credits within 14 days of the purchase.
- Refunds can be requested through the support system or a relevant form available on the Platform. Refunds of purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are paid by the store concerned and are subject to the store's rules.
Credit Validity:
- Purchased (paid) credits do not expire.
- Promotional credits (including welcome, campaign and institution grant credits) are valid for one year unless stated otherwise when they are given. After this period, any unused promotional credits will be deleted from the User's Wallet. A reminder is sent 7 days before they expire.
4. Refunds for Defective Services or Information
- If the User encounters a defect in the purchased service or information, they can request a refund via the designated form or through the support system.
- In such cases, the credits used for the defective service will be refunded to the User's Wallet once the issue is verified.
5. Non-Refundability of Credits
- Purchased Credits: Once credits are purchased and added to the Wallet, they are non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash, unless stated otherwise in this Agreement.
- Promotional and Discounted Credits: Credits received as part of a promotion or discount campaign are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Expiry of Credits
- Purchased Credits: Purchased (paid) credits do not expire.
- Promotional Credits: Promotional credits are valid for one year unless stated otherwise when they are given. Any promotional credits not used within this period will be deleted from the User's Wallet. When credits are spent, the credits that expire soonest are used first.
7. Limitations of Liability
The credits purchased and services provided on the Platform do not guarantee any commercial success or business outcome. KAYNAC is not responsible for any business losses or missed opportunities resulting from the use of its services or information.
8. Amendments to the Agreement
KAYNAC reserves the right to modify this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to Users, and Users will be required to accept the updated terms to continue using the Wallet services.
By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions governing the use of credits within the KAYNAC Platform.
