A request is how you tell suppliers what you need.
Step by step
- Tap "New request".
- Describe your need in one sentence. Kaynac AI writes the title and description and picks the 4-level category (category > subcategory > type > variant).
- Check the suggestions and edit them if needed.
- Fill in the remaining fields.
- Submit. The request goes to review first.
Fields
- Title and description
- Category and category-specific details
- Custom fields
- Target countries (default Turkey)
- Quantity and unit
- Budget (optional)
- Needed-by date (optional)
- Up to 8 images
Required fields are marked. If anything is missing or invalid, all errors are shown at once.
Request mode
You choose whether suppliers may only unlock your contact, only send offers, or do both.
Tips
- Do not write phone numbers or e-mail addresses in the description. The AI pre-check flags them.
- Add details such as quantity, size and delivery place.
Common questions
The category is wrong. Tap "this category doesn't fit" and write a note. Your request is not blocked; a moderator fixes the category.
Is my company name visible? It stays hidden until a supplier unlocks your contact.
