The offer inbox
All offers on your request are listed in the offer inbox. Each offer shows the supplier's message, the price if given, delivery days, validity date and attachments.
Side-by-side comparison
- In the offer inbox, select the offers you want to compare.
- Tap "Compare".
The screen shows:
- The lowest, highest and median price
- The fastest delivery
- A side-by-side table of the offers
AI summary
Kaynac AI writes a short summary of the differences, for example which offer is faster, which is cheaper, or which includes attachments. The summary is a helper; the decision is yours.
You can get the same help by asking the assistant to "compare these offers".
When deciding
- Look beyond price: check delivery time and the validity date.
- For offers without a price, read the message and attachments.
- If needed, look at the supplier's verification badge.
Common questions
Does Kaynac AI accept an offer by itself? No. The assistant never accepts an offer or spends credits on its own.
Does rejecting cost anything? No, rejecting is free. For the cost of accepting, see "Accepting an offer".
