In Kaynac, credits belong to the company, not to a person. They are all held in the company wallet.
Who can spend?
- The company owner can always spend.
- For other members, owners grant or remove spending permission one member at a time.
If a member without permission tries to unlock a contact, the action does not go through; they need to talk to the owner.
Granting spending permission
- Go to the team section on the company page.
- Select the member.
- Turn spending permission on or off.
Only owners can change this setting.
Moving credits from the old app
If you had personal credits in the previous Kaynac app, you can move them into the company wallet. Once moved, they become company credits.
Adding credits to the wallet
- Buy credits by card, or with store packs in the mobile apps.
- An institution you belong to can send credits to your company from its credit pool. In the ledger this appears as an "institution grant".
Every movement is listed with its type, reason, who made it and the balance after it.
Common questions
Why can my colleague not unlock? They may not have spending permission. Ask the company owner.
Can everyone see the wallet balance? Balance and movements are shown according to the team's access; ask the company owner for details.
How much is a credit? 1 credit = 1 USD; TL payments are converted at the Central Bank of Türkiye (TCMB) USD selling rate.
