Buying credits in the app

In the Kaynac iOS and Android apps, credits are bought through the store's own payment system.

Packs

Choose one of these packs: 10, 25, 50, 100, 250 or 500 credits.

Step by step

1. Open the credits or wallet screen in the app.
2. Choose a pack.
3. Confirm the purchase in the App Store or Google Play payment sheet.
4. Kaynac's server verifies the purchase.
5. After verification, the credits are added to the company wallet.

Security and verification

• The purchase is verified by Kaynac's server before credits are added.
• The same purchase is never counted twice.
• Your payment details are handled by the store.

The App Store or Google Play shows the pack price in your own currency. Purchased credits do not expire.

Difference from the web

You can also buy credits by card on the web, where the minimum is 10 credits. See "Buying credits by card".

Common questions

I paid in the store but see no credits. Close and reopen the app, then check the ledger. If the problem continues, write to destek@kaynac.com.

Are credits added to me or to my company? They are added to the company wallet, and members who may spend can use them.

If I tap twice, am I charged twice? The same purchase is never counted twice.
