You can use your bank or credit card to buy credits on the web.
Step by step
- On the credits or wallet screen, tap "Buy credits".
- Choose the amount. The minimum is 10 credits.
- Go to the payment page and enter your card details.
- Complete your bank's 3-D Secure verification.
- When the bank confirms, the credits arrive in your account.
Credits are added to the company wallet. 1 credit = 1 USD; TL payments are converted at the Central Bank of Türkiye (TCMB) USD selling rate.
Security
- Payment runs through iyzico.
- Your card number goes straight to the payment provider and is never stored by Kaynac.
- Only the last 4 digits of the card are kept, for your receipts.
When do the credits arrive?
Credits are added after the bank confirms the payment. If you close the page before finishing verification, the payment is not completed.
Common questions
I paid but the credits did not arrive. Wait a few minutes and check the ledger. If they are still missing, open a support ticket or write to destek@kaynac.com.
The 3-D Secure code does not arrive. Check your bank's SMS or app verification; if the problem continues, contact your bank.
Can I pay by card in the mobile app? In the iOS and Android apps, credits are bought as store packs. See "Buying credits in the app".
Do purchased credits expire? No, paid credits never expire.
