Kaynac AI is the helper you can use on every screen of the app.
What can it do?
- Write a request: tell it your need in one sentence and it prepares the title and description.
- Pick a category: it finds the 4-level category for you.
- Compare offers: it summarizes differences in price and delivery.
- Explain credits: it explains your balance, movements and why a price is what it is.
- Answer from the help center: it shows links to the relevant articles.
- Read your data: it can read your own requests, offers and credits.
It knows the screen
The assistant knows which screen you are on and which request or offer you are looking at. So it can answer questions like "Why is this request's price high?" in context.
What it does not do
Kaynac AI never spends credits or accepts an offer by itself. Those actions always need your approval.
How to use it
- Tap the assistant button on any screen.
- Type your question or request.
- Check the suggestions and use the ones that fit.

- "Create a request for 20 tons of construction rebar."
- "Compare the offers I received."
- "When do my credits expire?"
- "How is the unlock price calculated?"
Common questions
What if the assistant's answer is wrong? Always check the suggestions. If you are unsure, open a support ticket or write to destek@kaynac.com.
Does the assistant act on my behalf? It only suggests and prepares; the decision to spend credits or accept an offer is yours.
