Your data is yours. In Kaynac you can delete your account and get a copy of your data.
Deleting your account
- Open Settings > Account.
- Tap "Delete account".
- Read the warnings and confirm.
The account is deleted completely: your sign-in methods, contact details and sessions are removed.
What about your company?
- If you are the only owner of a company with other members, you must make someone else an owner before deleting.
- If there are no other members in the company, the company is archived.
What stays on record?
For legal reasons, financial records (the credit ledger) are kept.
Exporting your data
- Request a data export in Settings.
- Your data is prepared as JSON.
- The download link is valid for 7 days.
Privacy and security
- No passwords are stored; Kaynac is passwordless.
- Sessions are stored hashed.
- Request bodies are never logged.
- You have KVKK and GDPR rights of access, export and deletion.
Common questions
Can deletion be undone? Account deletion is permanent. If you are unsure, export your data first.
