How KAYNAC Works?

1 - Notification of the request to the relevant agency
The requester notifies her request to the relevant agency, she/he can do this by directly contacting the agency or using the request adding form on the site of Kaynac.com.
2- The agency enters the request into the KAYNAC system.
The existence and activities of the requesting company are confirmed by the agency and the requesting company record is created. After confirming that the request has a logical relationship with the company's confirmed activities, the request is entered into the KAYNAC system.
3- Request Starts to Publish
After the requester information and the relevant category of the request are verified, the request begins to be published.
4- Notification to Registered Suppliers
The suppliers registered in the relevant category are notified about the demand.
5- Supplier Reach Demanders
Suppliers who wish to bid for the relevant request purchase contact information sold with the express permission of the requesting company.
6- Broadcast of the Request Ends
Each request is sold to a maximum of 100 suppliers and published for a maximum of 2 weeks. This limit can be determined by the applicant, provided that the limit does not exceed.
